The short answer
Nuvenar is a UK engineering firm with two business arms. The first is a senior-only services team that takes paid engagements across seven disciplines. The second is NuvenarHub, a SaaS product for WhatsApp, CRM, calling, AI replies, and ad-spend attribution. Both arms run under the same legal entity, NUVENAR LTD, registered in England and Wales. The team operates remote-first on UK business hours.
The two arms in detail
1. Engineering services
Seven disciplines, one senior team, one invoice:
- Consulting: fractional CTO, technical due diligence, architecture review.
- Software development: bespoke web and mobile applications, internal tools, API integrations.
- AI and automation: LLM applications, RAG pipelines, workflow automation, AI agents.
- Cloud and hosting: AWS, GCP, Hetzner, Cloudflare, multi-region deployments.
- Cybersecurity: penetration testing, SOC2 readiness, security audits.
- DevOps and managed IT: CI/CD, observability, incident response, 24/7 cover.
- Digital marketing: paid growth on Meta, Google, TikTok with ~£240k a month in spend under management.
Engagements are scoped per project. Project work typically lands £10k to £500k. Retainers run £5k to £50k a month. Pricing is quoted in writing before anything starts and there are no hourly invoices.
2. NuvenarHub (the product)
NuvenarHub is a self-serve SaaS platform built for businesses that live on WhatsApp. It bundles WhatsApp messaging at scale, a full CRM with custom pipelines, Twilio-based calling with AI transcription and AI summaries, an AI WhatsApp agent, marketing campaign tools, ROAS attribution from ad spend to booking to revenue, invoicing, accounting, and a 57-row feature matrix you can compare at /pricing.
Three tiers: Starter at £97 per month (solo operator), Pro at £480 per month (most operators start here), Enterprise at £4,200 per month(multi-location, multi-workspace, dedicated CSM). No setup fee. 7-day free trial with card on file, charged on day 8. All prices are exclusive of VAT, third-party API usage is passed through at cost.
How Nuvenar is different from a normal agency
Three differences buyers notice in the first two weeks:
- Every engineer is senior. There are no junior teams hidden behind a project manager. Decisions get made in the same conversation by the same person doing the work.
- One invoice across the stack. You do not stitch together a software house, an AI shop, an SEO agency, and a security firm. One company, one contract, one accountable team.
- The team runs its own production SaaS. NuvenarHub is real revenue infrastructure with paying operators, not a side project. The same engineers who do client work also operate that platform daily, which means the patterns you get are battle-tested, not theoretical.
Trust signals (for buyers checking before they engage)
- Registered company: NUVENAR LTD, England and Wales.
- Registered SIC codes: 62020 (IT consultancy), 62012 (software development), 63110 (data processing and hosting), 62090 (other IT services), 73110 (advertising agencies).
- Data protection: UK GDPR compliant, sub-processor list published at /privacy-policy.
- Contracting: standard Terms and Conditions with a clear no-refund policy, England and Wales jurisdiction, 12-month liability cap.
- Reviews: collected on Trustpilot and G2 (in progress for the first 10 reviewers, see the /work page for case studies).
How to start
Two routes depending on what you need:
- Self-serve NuvenarHub: start a 7-day Pro trial, card required upfront, charged on day 8. Setup takes about ten minutes.
- Bespoke services: book a 30-minute discovery call. The first conversation is with the person who would scope and oversee the work.
